Tasted at Saratoga Whiskey Club tasting hosted by Holly Seidewand (Bacardi Whisky Ambassador). This was distilled in 1994, matured in a 1st-fill American Oak Oloroso sherry cask, and bottled in 2019. It is a bottling made exclusively for distribution in the state of New York. It was initially quite flat and a bit hot on the palate. But, after adding water it opened up quite a bit.
