Tasted at Saratoga Whiskey Club Tasting # 140 - Scotland Adventure Part 2. This single-cask whisky was distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2023 by the independent bottler, Adelphi. There were 350 bottles in the release. Adelphi did not disclose where the whisky was distilled, other than that it is from an island distillery. Based upon the flavor profile, I am guessing it is either from Arran or Scapa.
