Tasted at Saratoga Whiskey Club Tasting # 99 - Glass Revolution Imports, hosted by Raj Sabharwal (@WhiskyRaj) of Glass Revolution Imports (glassrev.com). This fantastic single-cask whisky was made from 100% Indian barley (unpeated), grown in the foothills of the Himalayas. It was distilled in Jan 2016, matured at 3000' elevation near Bangalore in an ex-Fino Sherry cask, and bottled in June 2021. Due to the tropical conditions, the whisky matures extremely quickly.
