Tasted at Saratoga Whiskey Club Tasting # 170 - Scotland A to Z, Part II. Arbikie is pronounced "ar beeky." The Stirling family have been farming at Arbikie Highland Estate for four generations. Brothers David, Iain and John Stirling are the driving force behind the Arbikie Distillery, which was built in 2013. This whisky is a blend of rye, wheat and barley; and it is matured in new charred American Oak.
