Tasted at Ardnamurchan Distillery. This single-cask whisky was distilled in Aug 2017, initially matured for 5 years in ex-bourbon, and finished in a rum cask. Ardnamurchan is owned by the independent bottler, Adelphi. They are committed to being a sustainable distillery with responsible distilling. They have a focus on community engagement- education and support. No fossil fuels used in the production- only local wood chips in a biomass boiler.
