This single-barrel, single malt was distilled in Texas by Balcones on 17 May 2017, using 100% Scottish barley, aged in European oak, and bottled by Balcones on 4 July 2019. It was a store pick from Total Wine. This whiskey was amazing for a mere 2 years of maturation.
