Tasted at Saratoga Whiskey Club Tasting # 179 - Scotland A to Z Part IV. This single-cask whisky was matured in a refill bourbon hogshead. The color was so light that I wonder if it was a 2nd fill, 3rd fill or 4th fill cask. The spirit was distilled in March 2007 and bottled in May 2021. There were 332 bottles in the outturn.
