Tasted at Saratoga Whiskey Club Tasting # 114 - Annual Track Tasting 2022. This whisky from the Scotch Malt Whisky Society was released in celebration of the Spirit of Speyside Festival 2022. It was was first matured in bourbon hogsheads before being transferred to two 125-liter Oloroso quarter casks from José y Miguel Martin in Jerez,. After that, it went back into second fill bourbon barrels, giving it time to relax and marry before bottling. USA allocation was 330 bottles.
