Tasted at Saratoga Whiskey Club Tasting #98 - What's New at First Fill February 2022. Breckenridge Distillery was founded in 2008 and is the “World’s Highest Distillery” near the Breckenridge Ski Resort at 9600 ft elevation. They are well known for their high-rye bourbon mash bill (56% corn / 38% rye / 6% malted barley). In December 2021, they were purchased by Canadian pharmaceutical and cannabis company Tilray; so it should be interesting to see what may happen in future releases.
