This whisky was distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2016. It was matured in a combination of Oloroso, Pedro Ximenez and French wine casks, comprised of 2 batches that were married together in 2016. Batch 1: Refill bourbon casks for 17 years, followed by premium French wine casks for 5 years, then 4 years in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. Batch 2: Refill sherry butt for 18 years, followed by Oloroso sherry casks for 7 years. There were 6000 bottles in the release.
