This spectacular whisky with a ruby red color and long legs was Dram 2 at Dramfool's Jim McEwan Signature Cask Series Tasting v.1. Matured for 10 years in a bourbon barrel and 3 years in French Bordeaux red wine cask, cask #RO8/153-12. 265 bottles. The gestalt of this whisky is me sitting on a sunny hillside in a field of tall grass with a picnic basket filled with dried fruit. Photo courtesy of Whisky Auctioneer.
