Tasted at the Saratoga Whiskey Club 2nd Annual Fake Feis Ile Festival (Feik Ile?). This single-cask whisky was distilled in October 2008, matured for 10 years in a first-fill bourbon barrel, then 4 additional years in an Oloroso Sherry hogshead, and bottled by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society to commemorate the 30th Anniversary of the SMWS.
