Tasted at Saratoga Whiskey Club Tasting # 84 - Track Tasting (at Saratoga Race Course). This delicious single-cask Irish Whiskey was distilled 20 June 2002 and matured in a first-fill ex-bourbon barrel. The Scotch Malt Whisky Society aptly describes the flavor profile as Juicy, Oak & Vanilla. There were 60 bottles made available to the USA out of 176 in this St Patrick's Day release.
