Tasted as Day 21 of The Saratoga Whiskey Club Advent Calendar 2022. Every day is a new adventure with a blind tasting, where we each try to guess the country of origin, the type and age of the whisk(e)y, and the ABV, followed by a reveal at 9PM. This single-cask whisky was distilled at Caol Ila in 2007, matured in a Pedro Ximenez cask (# 317325) for the entire 14 years, and bottled in 2022 by independent bottler, Rare Find, a brand of the Gleann Mor Spirits Company.
