Celtic Cask whiskeys are bottled by the Celtic Whiskey Shop in Dublin Ireland. This is a double-distilled single malt Irish Whiskey, distilled at Cooley Distillery. It was matured in a 1st-fill bourbon barrel for 14 years and then re-casked in a red Burgundy cask from Domaine Mongeard-Mugneret for 3 years. Tasted at The Celtic Whiskey Shop in Dublin.
