Tasted as Day 8 of The Saratoga Whiskey Club Advent Calendar 2023. Every day is a new adventure with a blind tasting, where we each try to guess the country of origin, the type and age of the whisk(e)y, the ABV, and the type of barrel/cask used for maturation, followed by a reveal at 9PM. Aged in New Charred Oak and finished for 5 months in Apple Brandy casks from Copper & Kings Distillery in Louisville. It is a blend of 5, 10 & 15 year Bourbons - there is no age on the bottle, so no age statement.
