Tasted this whisky at Saratoga Whiskey Club Tasting # 134. This single-cask whisky was fully-matured in an ex-Madeira wine cask. There were 246 bottles in the release. The distillery name was inspired by the initial bottling, which was done to celebrate the millennium (Dà Mhìle translates to ‘two thousand’ in Scots-Gaelic).
