Tasted at Saratoga Whiskey Club Tasting # 204 - Scotland A to Z Part IX. Dalmunach Distillery was built in 2015 on the site of the former Imperial Distillery. They have very large production capacity (10 Million liters per year), and provide whisky primarily for Chivas blends. This single-cask (Cask # 1145) whisky was distilled in April 2016 at Dalmunach Distillery, initially matured in American Oak, finished in Pedro Ximenez Sherry and bottled by independent bottler Cooper's Choice. There were 396 bottles in the outturn.
