I enjoyed this phenomenal whiskey at The Bourbon Den (Jan Daurio's home) as part of a Heaven Hill 6-whiskey Barrel Proof Tasting (3 Larceny 2020 releases (all batches of 6-8 year aged whiskey): A120, B520, C920 and 3 Elijah Craig 2022 releases: A122, B522, C922). It was great to be able to have a head-to-head comparison of whiskeys from the same year to see the impact that the different barrels had upon the spirit. Elijah Craig has following mashbill: 78% corn / 10% rye / 12% malted barley.
