Tasted as Day 12 of the 2024 Saratoga Whiskey Club Advent Calendar. Every day is a new adventure with a blind tasting, where we each try to guess the country of origin, the type and age of the whisk(e)y, the ABV, and the type of barrel/cask used for maturation, followed by a reveal at 9PM. Fielden Whisky is made from heritage grains grown organically in regenerative farming projects across England. This rye mashbill consists of 70% rye, 20% wheat and 10% malted barley. It was matured in a combination of many barrels - New Charred Oak, Ex-Bourbon, Madeira, Sauternes, Moscatel and Virgin Oak.
