Tasted at an on-line "virtual" tasting hosted by Jan Daurio (@the_ bourbon_den), and accompanied by a special guest appearance by Kenny Coleman (@bourbonpursuit). The Pursuit Series whiskeys are single-cask selections chosen by Kenny Coleman and Ryan Cecil (hosts of the Bourbon Pursuit Podcast) and bottled by them under the Pursuit Spirits brand. This whiskey was distilled at the Cascade Hollow (aka George Dickel) Distillery and released by Pursuit Spirits in October 2019. This release consisted of 136 bottles and was only available for sale at select retail stores in Kentucky.
