Tasted at Saratoga Whiskey Club Tasting # 82 - Speyside. It was bottled in Aug 2020. 700 total bottles were released. This was one of the more unusual whiskies I've ever had - it did not have the usual dried fruit I was expecting from a port pipe. It was salty and musty. The tasting notes from several other web sites note fruitiness, rosehips, and milk chocolate. I'm wondering if the cork was damaged in our bottle.
