Learned a great deal about Glenallachie from David Keir at the GO! Whisk(e)y event at Julio's Liquors in Westborough MA on Feb 23 2019. Glenallachie was founded in 2017, after purchasing the site and stock from Pernod-Ricard. Matured in a combination of American Oak, Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks.
