This whisky was created by Glenmorangie’s Director of Whisky Creation, Dr Bill Lumsden, using an ancient method of kilning barley with botanicals. In this case, he chose juniper berries, birch bark and heather flowers. I tasted this at Glenmorangie Distillery.
