Tasted at Saratoga Whiskey Club Tasting # 108 - Edrington. This single-cask whisky was distilled at Glenrothes in 1997, matured for 21 years in ex-bourbon, then finished for 2.5 years in a Pedro Ximenez Hogshead by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society. This is a USA-exclusive release, selected by a tasting panel of USA members, with only 157 bottles total. The Scotch Malt Whisky Society characterized the flavor profile as "Old and Dignified."
