Tasted at The Royal Cask (Kirkwall, Isle of Orkney, SCOTLAND). This single-cask whisky was distilled at Highland Park in May 2004, matured in a refill sherry puncheon, and bottled by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society in 2016. There were 627 bottles in the release.
