Had this at Malt Bar Kirkwall in Sapporo. My new all-time favorite whisky (just barely beating out that Bowmore 25-Yr Feis Ile). This was matured in a re-fill sherry butt and is one of only 311 bottles. Made exclusively for The Whisky Hoop in Japan by Signatory Vintage. Distilled Dec 8 1990. Bottled Jan 19 2018. A gorgeous ruby red color and perfect balance!
