Distilled in 1999 and bottled in 2017. Matured in bourbon barrels without the use of sherry casks traditional at Highland Park. The bottle is black with a silver label. The box represents two amplifiers with dials symbolizing the levels of each flavor in the whisky. Perhaps they were thinking of "This Is Spinal Tap" (one of my favorite movies), and turning their Marshall amp up to 11.
