I’m annoyed with myself for liking this as much as I did… it’s only matured 6 months. But it tastes good. Distilled in Owensboro KY, and then matured in Las Vegas in stainless steel tanks containing various wood chunks/staves. 40% French Oak Staves, 40% Ex-Bourbon Cask Staves, 20% Sherry Cask Staves.
