We had a wonderful tour, led by owner-operator Joyce Nethery. Jeptha Creed grows their own Bloody Butcher Corn for their "ground to glass" whiskeys. I tasted this whiskey from the cask at Jeptha Creek Distillery. This was an amazing high-rye bourbon. At only 1.5 years, it had spectacular color, a rich flavor and full body.
