This is the first whiskey made entirely on site at Kilbeggan since they reopened as an operating distillery in 2007. Tasted at 9 Maple Ave (Saratoga Springs NY). This is not like a traditional American rye. It is a high-rye blend of rye and malt: 30% rye 40% malted barley and 30% unmalted barley.
