Tasted at Saratoga Whiskey Club Tasting # 129 - King's Family Distillery. King's Family Distillery is a craft whiskey distillery in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountain in Tennessee. They were founded in 2018 by couple Justin and Cara King. Justin and Cara had more than a decade of experience across a vast array of the whiskey industry. King's is not distilling their own spirits. They are expert blenders and bottlers who source their spirits, primarily from MGP, as well as other distillers in the USA. Cara King's family were one of the main producers/suppliers of rye for MGP; so, King's has a great connection to some top-notch spirit from MGP. This wheated bourbon is Batch 006: 51% Corn , 45% Wheat, 4% Malted Barley. Photo courtesy of First Fill Spirits (Saratoga Springs, NY).
