Tasted at Saratoga Whiskey Club Tasting # 101 - Milk & Honey. There were 1912 bottles in the release. It was matured in ex-bourbon casks and finished in fortified pomegranate wine casks for an additional six months. Both the whisky and the fortified pomegranate wine meet kosher standards.
