This edition has been released to commemorate the 65th anniversary of La Maison du Whisky. This is the very first Single Cask Project of experimenting with different maturation sites of whisky distilled at Tsunuki. From a single run of new make spirit at Tsunuki, the spirit was placed into three Bourbon barrels. One barrel was aged at the Tsunuki site, one at Yakushima and one at Shinshu for about 4 years. This whisky was distilled in 2017 and comes from cask No.124 matured at Tsunuki. Thank you Nate Bull for the opportunity to taste this special whisky!
