This is a Bottled-In-Bond Corn Whiskey with nearly the same mash bill as Evan Williams and Henry McKenna (corn, rye and barley)... it has just a tad more corn. What makes it a single grain whiskey vs a bourbon is that it's been matured in ex-bourbon barrels, as opposed to newly-charred barrels. So, it has less vanilla and caramel notes; and the corn sweetness and rye spice come through a bit more.
