Tasted at Bar N sur Mackay (Montreal, CANADA). This whisky was made from barley harvested on Octomore farm, adjacent to the Bruichladdich distillery, peated to 214.2 ppm, and matured for 5 years in ex-bourbon barrels and second-fill French wine casks.
