Tasted at The Malt Room (Inverness SCOTLAND). This whisky is distilled from barley from Octomore Farm, which is adjacent to the Bruichladdich Distillery. It was peated to 307.2 ppm of phenols and matured for 5 years in a combination of ex-bourbon and Spanish Oloroso Sherry casks.
