The Bourbon N Rye release is the first edition of straight rye whiskey produced by Pinhook, released in the autumn of 2017. The mashbill is 95% rye & 5% malted barley. It was sourced from MGP in Indiana, and matured for 2 years. It was blended and proofed by Sean Josephs at Castle & Key Distillery in Millville, KY.
