Tasted at Saratoga Whiskey Club Annual Club Dinner 2022. This blended Canadian Whiskey is sourced from undisclosed distilleries, and then, blended, finished, and bottled by Proof and Wood. It is an 8-barrel blend of Canadian whiskey distilled in 2000 from a mash bill of 97% corn, 2.7% rye, and 0.3% malted barley. It was aged 21 years and then finished for 3 weeks in ex-American rye barrels.
