This whisky was distilled on 21 Sep 2005, fully matured in a first-fill Oloroso hogshead, and bottled on 22 Sep 2022 by independent bottler Epicurean Selection as part of their Rites of Passage series. There were 249 bottles in the outturn from this cask (Cask # 800336). This is categorized as a blended malt, which means that there is malt from at least one other distillery in addition to Laphroaig. However, Williamson is known as a "teaspooned" Laphroaig blend - it is greater than 90% Laphroaig.
