Mashbill of 95% corn, 4% rye, and 1% malted barley. Sourced from Kentucky, but aged in used Bourbon barrels, not new oak (hence a whiskey and not a bourbon). Finished in Cabernet casks. Tasted at Flight West (Rochester/Greece NY).
