It's clearly bottled by Heartland Distillers. It's not clear if this is their own spirit, or if it is sourced. It is matured for at least 2 years in a new charred American Oak barrel, and then moved to another new charred American Oak barrel for finishing. This is a young whiskey, so I guess they are re-casking it to pull more flavor from a newly charred barrel. Not sure why, though,
