Tasted at Saratoga Whiskey Club Tasting # 83 - Single Barrel Bourbon Smackdown. This whiskey is a store pick selected by Prav Saraff (1 W Dupont Circle Wines & Liquors, Washington DC). It tastes surprisingly young, more like a 2-year old bourbon. With the double barrel maturation, I don't know if it spent 2 years in each barrel; but, I was a little disappointed in this one.
