Tasted as Day 1 of The Saratoga Whiskey Club Advent Calendar 2022. Every day is a new adventure with a blind tasting, where we each try to guess the country of origin, the type and age of the whisk(e)y, and the ABV, followed by a reveal at 9PM. Starlight is a distillery in Indiana that makes all of their own whiskey, from grain to bottle. Local grains are all distilled and matured at the distillery. This one was finished in Cognac barrels, and picked by The Bourbon Guys from the Party Source in Northern Kentucky. Mashbill: 51% Corn, 20% Rye, 20% Malted Barley, 9% Wheat.
