This whisky was a barrel pick by the Saratoga Whiskey Club. It was distilled August 2016, matured for 4 years in a fresh 225-liter red wine barrique from the Barossa Valley, then finished in a charred American Oak barrel, and bottled April 2021. There were 240 bottles in the outturn; and this is available exclusively at First Fill Spirits in Saratoga Springs, NY.
