Tasted at Saratoga Whiskey Club Tasting # 75 - Starward, hosted by Dave Vitale (Starward Founder). This whisky was distilled in May 2017, matured in a wet Australian Shiraz wine cask made from American oak, and bottled in June 2020. This was a store pick by Wally's Wine & Spirits in Santa Monica CA. There were 240 bottles in the release.
