Tasted at Saratoga Whiskey Club Tasting # 75 - Starward, hosted by Dave Vitale (Starward Founder). This whisky was matured in Australian Shiraz and Merlot casks. Starward calls this "double grain" because of the mash bill of 60% Wheat and 40% malted barley. Since this is from a single distillery, it is actually a single grain whisky.
