This Stauning is stunning! Stauning uses 100% local barley and rye and it is all floor malted in-house. This single-cask whisky is a store pick from First Fill Spirits (Saratoga Springs, NY). The mash bill is 51% malted rye & 49% malted barley. It was distilled in March 2018, initially matured in a Virgin American Oak Barrel and then finished in a Tequila Barrel - Barrel # 3378 - and bottled in September 2022.
