Tasted at Saratoga Whiskey Club # 88 - Mars Japanese Whisky. This whisky was the initial release from the Mars Tsunuki Distillery in Kagoshima, in southern Japan. It was distilled in 2016 & 2017, matured in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and ex-sherry casks and bottled in 2020.
