Tasted at Saratoga Whiskey Club Tasting # 79 - The Highlands Luxury Tasting. This is the first release from the second distillery on Skye (Talisker being the first). It was distilled in 2017, matured in first-fill bourbon barrels and bottled in 2020/21. There were 32,000 bottles in the release.
